    This piece is called "Boy Caroler", #7262, dated '88. Tag has numbers 1957 and 1981 on printed on it. He stands 7 inches tall on a snow covered base. He has closed eyes, open mouth and black hair, and wears a brown hat and scarf, green jacket, red gloves and leggings, black boots. He holds sheet music with "Merry Christmas" on the outside and "Deck The Hall" (no "s") inside.
