We guarantee all Items in "NEW" or "USED" condition against defects With a 30 Day Warranty for 30 days from the date of the delivery on all products except for items listed in "FOR PARTS OR NOT WORKING" Condition, these are AS-IS No returns for Warranty. Products with Manufacturer Warranties which exceed 30 days, may be returned directly to the manufacturer according to their instructions. All returns/exchanges must be made within 30 days of receipt of the merchandise. Merchandise must be in original condition, and must include all original packaging materials, warranty cards, manuals and accessories. Contact us first before shipping items back. Cancel Policy:

Refused Delivery:
Returns falling under this category will be treated as "Unwanted Returns"; consequently, they will be subject to a 30% restocking fee. Defective Items:
A customer must notify us within 30 days of receipt to request a Return Merchandise Authorization number & a Prepaid UPS Ground Shipping Label. We test all items claimed defective upon return, and if found to be in working condition, a 20% restocking fee will apply & the cost of the shipping label, in addition to Original Shipping paid by the Buyer not refundable. All items claimed defective must be returned to be tested for the defect before a refund is issued or an exchange is sent at no cost to the buyer.
